Revelator Show 279: Hell & Hollar

Nate & Blake from the band Hell & Hollar join me on The Revelator Show.

Nate & Blake talk about how they got the name for the band from a Hank Williams III song.

Blake, talks about how this lineup of the band has come together. Nearly everyone in the band has been friends for a looming time and from playing in other bands in the South Florida area.
The guys talks about expanding the band from the underground scene and the South Florida cover band scene. We talk about playing covers and the guys mentioned that they use to cover a Beastie Boys songs.

The band has recently released their single & video for Showdown

. We talk about the making of the video and the buzz on social media its started to generate.
We break down the video where the guys are working on a chain gain and then a super sexy model in a bikini comes in in an homage to Cool hand Luke.

The girl in the video is Maria Rivera and Johnny from the band whom, is not a part of this video could not defend himself as the guys razed him a little about wanting to ask out Maria for a date.
No dice for Johnny. Sorry man!
