Wilson Live at The Marathon Music Works
Wilson would bring the full weight of fuckery down on top of Nashville May, 25th, 2019. The band has been touring non-stop for nearly a year since the release of their third album “Tasty Nasty”.
The Fanthers were packed in the front row. They were not sure what to expect from Detroit’s own Wilson. Well, they got a full dose from Wilson’s catalog. It was hot in Nashville, up around 90, and you’ll need to make sure you’re cruising around with your windows rolled down. Wilson was heavy, groovy and nothing was going to fuck up my high. Wilson also provided a summer time treat and their stellar cover of Billy Squire’s The Stroke.
Like a baller, Wilson welcomed music city into the house of fuckery with delicious guitar licks, ear-piercing drums, and a straight up throw down vocally from vocalist Chad Nicefield. Grab your neon green ski mask and relish in the flavorful sounds of Wilson.
