Clutch Live in Nashville- The Book of Bad Decisions Tour

The rain had been falling in Nashville for what seems like its 6th day maybe more in a row. No matter the weather, flood waters, be damned. Soap makers, Elephant Riders, nor the Rapture of Riddley walker could stem the tide. Armed with a shot gun named Marcus and The Inspector Cluzo, Big Business was at hand. Nashville would feel binge and purge with a different variety by their hands. I speak of the mighty, Clutch from the state of Maryland. Clutch would bring Nashville no electric worry, for this was the Book of Bad Decisions tour.

Here’s music cities set list from the night of February, 21st, 2019.  As I recall it so. Some extra added words by Neil Fallon, the wordsmith that he is thus; he gave the front row very solid tops with 50,000 thousand unstoppable watts! With kids and parents singing the lyrics with every chord, I’d say now is a good time to dance the god time dance. I’ll introduce photographs

We are living in such Weird Times. We can’t help ourselves, we love a good fire, Clutch set the stage for heavy maximum, full blown heavy machinery, there was no mistake we are a Sucker For The Witch. Clutch, takes us down a secret passage way. We Escape From The Prison Planet, X-Ray Vision with our own eyes, bring me Firebirds, energy weapons; I don’t care how you get them. We wake up every day and drink a lot of coffee and watch the CNN, oh this Burning Beard is not the only thing I’ve feared. Gimme The Keys so I can drive that hot-rod into town. I need to complete this Vision Quest that I’ve found. For many heard the Big News #1, the song for the fans from way, way back. The guests seems more than pleased , How is the wine? Clutch jams it out for I hear the sounds from the D.C. Sound Attack. The crowd moving, lets adjust our pants, Neil Armed with cowbell and Les Paul guitar, afterwards we can teach them How To Shake Hands. I’ll warn you now; I’ve seen the lawyers in the barn. I know a number we can call. Let me borrow your mobile phone and I’ll place the call. Let’s hire a The Ghoul Wrangler. Many have challenged but with the sense of a bag of hammers, they’ll be wishing for a Quick Death in Texas.

From town to town, you know they know his name. He’s a first class Sonic Counselor with a Book of Bad Decisions, the album recorded in Nashville, Tennessee. This full display of Pure Rock Fury surely will build up an appetite. Would you like some more hot chicken and liquor? I did my taxes, embarrassing. Speaking of food, I have a recipe set by the pound, it requires a Hot bottom Feeder, serves 3-5, adjust accordingly. Let’s have them over for dinner. I’ll share a story, an encore if you would, nothing for just deserts.

This was nearly 20 years ago before hooping in my 710, in walked Barbarella, set to stun, straight out of the motherhship, weaponized funk. I was never quite the same.  I pulled up late with big blood hound in the back of a jacked up ford thank you and good night. We love Nashville and he had a great time here tonight. The party’s over you all got to go. Clutch had indeed brought the wolf man out.

Look for my interview with Tim Sult coming to the TRS Podcast on March 6th. www.RevelatorShow.com/Shows
