Multi-platinum, GRAMMY®-nominated SoCal hard-rockers P.O.D rolled into music city to play The Cowan at Top Golf. This was the bands first visit to Nashville in nearly 5 years. P.O.D’s last visit to music city was cut show due to a promoter issue that had forced the band to cancel the show. That didn’t effect the band at all and while in Nashville Sonny Sandoval the band’s long time vocalist went to a few schools in Davidson County and gave free guitar lessons to kids. This is one of many examples that display how P.O.D is more than music. It’s turned into a living breathing community of unity.

Sonny appears on the TRS Podcast #115 https://www.revelatorshow.com/shows/115 Sonny, and i talk about the bands latest album “The Awakening” .

P.O.D has always ingratiated themselves within the music community, collaborating on their own records as well as others including Katy Perry, H.R. (Bad Brains), Mike Muir (Suicidal Tendencies), Sen Dog (Cypress Hill), and more. P.O.D will continue to do what they’ve always done and the new album will feature Maria Brink from In This Moment

Here’s the photos from the Nashville P.O.D party vibe.

I can’t think of another band that has been apart of the Revelator show longer than Nonpoint & vocalist Elias Soriano who has appeared on the TRS podcast 4 times dating back to the shows old Omnes.Tv days. You can check out all those interviews that feature lots of other guests, including interviews with Nonpoint on Shiprocked, Helmet, Bumblefoot, and Islander with special guests interviewers The Dead Deads. https://www.revelatorshow.com/shows/148

Nonpoint Interview Archives on the TRS Podcast:

Nonpoint are true road dogs in the touring circuit & have made it a point to visit Nashville more and more in the last 3-4 years. They have earned their reputation as a flat out , ass kicking live band along with being fantastic people on and off the stage.

Hyro The Hero:

Hyro The Hero, who has been generating a big time buzz through his unique musical style and wildly unpredictable live performance. I first heard about Hyro when he took the vacation harder slogan to another level on this years Shiprocked cruise. I heard some really great stories from crew and other photographers who had seen him on the boat. Rock out with Hyro the Hero I feel these photo capture him well . A few months ago Hyro and Chad from Wilson released the “Fuck Up My High” remix featuring two singer and some sticky icky. Hyro has been scrapping on stage with Nonpoint & P.O.D and his high energy Never Back Down attitude is legit putting the music industry on notice.
