Revelator Show 106: The EQO of The Sexy Miss. Cyrus

On this episode of Revelator I welcome music guest EQO and adult film star Tia Cyrus.  This week in Revelator History features music by 3 Pill Morning, and Falling Through April.

The blog feature this week will include info on past guest Terra Rising. I've include concert photos from the Pop Evil and Nickelback at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee.

This week in Revelator History:

Falling Through April

It’s hard to believe it’s been a year since Dan Candia has been on Revelator. FTA appears on Revelator #54 “You Don’t Noah About My Cauliflower

Dan from FTA talks about the bands upcoming touring gigs and the bands plans for new music in the future.  FTA has gone through a few lineup changes but remained on course and has since released a new EP early in 2015 called “Risk & Rewards”. The band has continued its steady regional touring while landing opening acts for national touring bands Like the Pretty Wreckless. Falling Through April is also working on trying to land a gig at this year’s Vans Warped Tour.

3 Pill Morning

Jeff and the guys from 3 Pill Morning have been big supporters of Revelator and were a part of the early shows that laid the foundation for what it’s turned into.  Jeff first appears on Revelator #5 “Music Therapy and A 3 Pill Morning

3PM have wrapped up a 2 year touring cycle in support of their album “Black Tie Love Affair” that featured them with bands like SevendustFozzy, and Theory Of A Deadman.

The band is currently working on new material.

Terra-Rising

Michael Ricucci the founder & owner of Terra Rising who has been huge supporters of Revelator and is the true essence of what passion for music is all about. Michael appears on Revelator #5 “Music Therapy and A 3 Pill Morning” to discuss his music therapy film, baseball and an impromptu to Macho Man Randy Savage impression.

There is nothing I can write here that can explain how important the work of Terra Rising is. If you have a passion for music and its healing power then owe it to yourself to take a look at what Terra Rising is about. If you’re a skeptic in the power of healing via music then you I challenge you to be open, be positive and take a look, a listen and renew your faith in positive energy. The depth is endless; the ability to replenish is astonishing. When something comes about that’s worth rising for, you have to take notice.

EQO:

In one of the more entertaining interviews I’ve done in some time I welcome Daisy Bellis and Kity Faya from the band EQO to talk about the release of their debut album “Ananta”

Any time an interview starts off with talk about famous 80’s childhood toys you know you’ve got something fun in the works.  At the time of the interview it was vocalist Daisy’s birthday. I set myself up for singing hi happy birthday Rocky Balboa style.

Not only will you hear a great showing of Daisy and Kity’s personalities, you’ll also hear their first single “Flow” that they both thought was never going to be released as a single when making the album. The interview closes out with the song “Material” I feel both of these songs showcase the bands wide range musically.

EQO is a high-energy, new age, progressive act from Atlanta — taking over the world one song at a time. Laced with passion, raw emotion, and outright attitude, their music is smart. Each song takes the listener on a roller coaster ride, from the deepest depth of the soul to the brightest light of the mind. Their mission is to transport listeners into higher consciousness with the use of mesmerizing melody, complex song structure, and strong presentation, along with their message which emphasizes love over fear.

Paired with the moniker, "something surreal; something to believe in,”

Tia Cyrus

Tia Cyrus is proof that great things come in small packages!  Tia was such a pleasure to talk with before, during and after the interview. Sweet, sexy, kind, humble and did I mention smoking hot? WOW! Tia also gave us a little taste of her personal life along with her start in the adult industry. She shared some great stories and was a true pleasure to talk with.

Latina girl next-door Tia Cyrus might be known on screen for being a spinner with one of the best asses in the business, but soon you will know her for her extraordinary acting skills. She’s already shown her acting chops in Decadent Digital’s XXX Parody “Wife Swap: The Exploited Parody”, Wank TV’s “The Fucking Dead - An XXX Zombie Parody” and ATKingdom’s feature film “Revenge of the Petites”.  Pop Evil & Nickelback concert photos:

These photos were taken in Nashville for the No Fixed Address Tour.

The guys from Pop Evil are making! The band has shown a steady climb in the music industry. Pop Evil may have only gotten a 30 minute set opening up for Nickelback but they made the most of it. I could have used another 10 minutes of Pop Evil.

With the bands widely successful album “Onyx” that saw smash hits “Trenches”, Deal With The Devil” and the emotionally charge track “Torn To Pieces” the band has finish recording PEIV and the buzz for its released is generating a great deal of buzz.
