Cage The Elephant Live at The Basement East in Nashville

Cage The Elephant threw the best Christmas party I've ever been too. Playing a surprise show in one of Nashville best small clubs on the last Saturday night before Christmas. The tickets went fast and for those who were lucky enough to attend were treated to a fantastic night of music. CTE would absolutely and completely release their musical catalog on the sold out crowd. Charlies might not surf but lead singer Matt Shultz does as he frequently stage dived and crowd surfed through out the night.
CTE was celebrating the release of their new album "Tell Me I'm Pretty". This album in a short time has generated a lot of buzz.
Cage The Elephant show case a wide range musically live from their hit singles to their deeper cuts that reminded me of their Beatles influence. Where most bands play the same set list every night and pose and do the same things on stage night in and night out CTE live is 100% the opposite. Cage the Elephant live is a different show every night. With their unpredictable crowd participation it offers a exciting variable that add to the live concert experience.
CTE offers so much live musically and visually. It's clear they are leaving a mark on the rock world.
